Hop in the pool for a class that utilizes the water’s
resistance and your buoyancy to make for a great low to moderate level aerobic
workout encompassing all muscle groups. This class is suitable for all fitness
levels.
Classes
are led by member volunteers. SRGBC and member volunteers cannot assume
responsibility for any accident or injury you might incur while participating.
Please consult your physician to determine which classes are best suited to
your health and fitness level.
