Water noodles will be used to stretch,
strengthen, balance & tone. This class encompasses full range of
motion, engages all muscle groups, and has intervals of moderate cardio work.
Class is appropriate for all fitness levels. Water noodle is needed for this
class.
Classes
are led by member volunteers. SRGBC and member volunteers cannot assume
responsibility for any accident or injury you might incur while participating.
Please consult your physician to determine which classes are best suited to
your health and fitness level.
