Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to the event. Failure to do so will result in a charge to the member’s account for the cost of the event for each reservation made. If the un-cancelled reservation is subsequently filled by another member, the original member’s account will not be charged. The order in which reservations are received will dictate the order in which reservations are reassigned to that slot.
