Hop in the pool for a class designed to build muscle tone, improve balance and burn calories as you engage all muscle groups through a series of guided movements and exercises to music. This class is made up of two 30-minute sessions, first utilizing the Nekdoodle for core and cardio and then using bands and weights to build strength and muscle tone. This class is for members only.
