Join us on the terrace for a class designed to strengthen and stretch your body, improving core stability and balance while building muscle tone. Hand-weights (Bells), Bands, and Balls will be used and all moves can be modified to accommodate any fitness level. Be sure to bring your hand-weights (2, 3 or 5 lb) and exercise balls. Bands will be provided.
