Join us for a class on the terrace designed to strengthen and stretch your body. Improve core stability and balance while building muscle tone. All moves can be modified to accommodate any fitness level.
Equipment needed for classes held in January: Yoga mat (Bands are provided)
Equipment needed for classes held in February: Yoga mat, hand weights/bells (Bands are provided)
No RSVP required. This group meets when the temperature is forecast to be at least 50 degrees at the time of class. All participants are encouraged to sign up for text message
